After finding your ideal place to live, the necessary paperwork has to be dealt with. Initially, a tenant will be sent a checklist in which the main details concerning the rental are mentioned. This document needs to be signed and returned together with proof of income and a copy of the tenant’s passport .
Based on these documents the contract will be drawn up. After approval of both tenant and owner the check-in can be arranged. At the check-in an inspection report will be made and the keys will be given.
All this takes place on condition that the first rental payment, deposit and our fee of one month rent plus 21% VAT is in our account. The rent and deposit will be forwarded by us to the owners account. Next payments are to be made into the owners account directly.
